Are your products sourced responsibly?

BUNU works with manufacturers across the Asia Pacific region to ensure that all products are both sourced responsibly and that all manufacturers adhere to section 54 of the modern slavery act 2015.

All of our packaging is recycled and features recycled cardboard boxes with a filler made from kiln dried softwood. Both of these items are sourced responsibly from organisations that are members of the Forest Stewardship Council, UK.

My order has been declined: should I order again?

Please make contact with us at info@bunu.tech and we will look into this as soon as possible for you.

How long does it take a refund to be issued?

We issue refunds on the 1st of every calendar month. The time taken to refund your order will be dependant on the date on which it was ordered. If your item was returned during the last week of the previous month, the refund will roll over to the following month. For example, a return submitted on 29th of March would be refunded on the 1st of May.
