What is BUNU’s return policy and how long do I have to return a product?

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date that the item is delivered to your property via a tracked courier that requires a signature on delivery or tracked postal service that requires a signature on delivery. Items that are not signed for will not be accepted as a return as we are unable to ascertain from which customer the item has come from, or if it has been accepted by a BUNU member of staff.

Please email us on prior to you sending back your product so we can ensure that your return is logged onto our payments system.

Which is the best carrier to use to return my product?

We advise you use Royal Mail’s tracked/signed delivery service.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We issue refunds on the 1st of every calendar month. The time taken to refund your order will be dependant on the date on which it was ordered. If your item was returned during the last week of the previous month, the refund will roll over to the following month. For example, a return submitted on 29th of March would be refunded on the 1st of May.
